Director

Ms. O. Yong is a transformation practitioner who believes strategy only creates value when it is executed—credibly, internally, and sustainably.

As Principal Consultant at Insights Horizon, she specializes in turning strategic intent into real-world results by embedding expertise directly within client organizations. Guided by the firm’s Line-of-Sight execution model, Ms. Yong works alongside leadership teams to ensure strategy, people, and culture are aligned from decision to delivery.

Unlike traditional consultants who operate at a distance, Ms. Yong functions as an in-house expert, gaining immediate visibility into operational, technical, and cultural risks. This allows her to adjust execution in real time, preventing costly derailments and ensuring momentum is maintained.

Having partnered closely with senior leaders, she understands the internal realities of transformation—political dynamics, resource constraints, and cultural resistance. Managing Partner

Dr. Elliot Lee has over 20 years of experience as a business consultant, mentor, and facilitator, specializing in organizational development and transformation. His expertise lies in advising CEOs and senior management on business expansion, effectiveness, and change management initiatives.

He has a strong background In sales management, having established and led regional and global sales processes and systems. His work also focuses

on people strategy, including talent management, leadership development programs, and competency framework designs.

Elliot’s career has provided him with deep insights into business and people in different regions. He has worked and lived in China for four years, where he led joint venture partnerships, managed post-merger integrations, and consolidated offices and staff across the country. Additionally, he has lived and worked in Saudi Arabia, concentrating on organizational transformation initiatives.
